How can we help? 👋

Navigating the Analytics Portal

Find your way around the Analytics Portal: the company, portfolio, and asset levels, the main dashboards, and how to read a performance view.

Purpose of this article

This article helps you find your way around the Analytics Portal so you can get to performance data quickly. Everything in the Analytics Portal is read-only. To change data, switch to the Data Collection Portal.

The three levels

The Analytics Portal works at three levels: company, portfolio, and asset. Switch between them using the global header at the top of the screen.

At the company level, you see an overview of all your portfolios with key metrics, plus company-wide performance across energy, GHG emissions, water, and waste.

The portfolio dashboards

Select a portfolio to open the full set of analytics tools in the left-hand navigation:

  • Overview — portfolio KPIs and summary insights
  • Asset List — all assets with key metrics and data outliers
  • Performance — deep-dive dashboards for energy, GHG emissions, water, waste, certifications, tenant engagement, and ESG risk
  • Metrics — custom metrics tables you can save and export
  • Scores — portfolio-level scoring against GRESB methodology
  • Roadmap Analysis — model future performance against benchmarks and pathways
  • Map — spatial view of assets with climate and score overlays

Reading a performance view

Performance is where most users spend their time. Each tab (Energy, GHG emissions, Water, Waste, and others) shows a year-over-year trend on the left and an asset distribution chart on the right. You can filter, normalize the view, and compare against targets.

The View dropdown changes how consumption is shown, for example normalized or estimated values. For what each view does, see the Energy analytic Views article below.

Asset-level analytics

Click into any asset from the Asset List to see asset-specific analytics, including performance dashboards, meter analytics, scores, and roadmap analysis.
