Finding help & support

Learn how to get help in Scaler — use Lumi for quick answers, browse the Knowledge Base, or contact support.

Purpose of this article

Scaler includes several tools and resources to help you find answers quickly and get support when you need it. You can use the in-platform Lumi assistant, explore the Knowledge Base, or reach out to your support team.

Using Lumi (AI assistant)

Lumi is Scaler's built-in AI assistant. You can open it from the Home page in the left-hand navigation toolbar, or via the Lumi icon at the bottom of the screen from anywhere in the platform.

Lumi can:

  • Explain fields, metrics, or platform features
  • Link directly to relevant Knowledge Base articles
  • Help troubleshoot common issues
  • Summarise and compare data across portfolios and assets
💡

Tip: Try typing a simple question such as "How do I upload data?" or "What is a portfolio?" Lumi will return short answers or open related articles directly in a sidebar.
