Use the filter drawer to customize views by property type, country, asset group, or other attributes. All charts are interactive—click elements to drill down into underlying data and export charts or tables as needed.

3. Overview Dashboards Provide High-Level Portfolio Snapshots

Portfolio, asset, and company-level overview dashboards display key metrics in a card-based layout. Customize which metrics appear by clicking the configuration icon and selecting from available variables. Cards show current values, year-over-year changes, and sparkline trends. Use these dashboards for quick portfolio health checks and executive-level reporting. GRESB Dashboard provides dedicated views for GRESB preparation with data coverage tracking and validation.

4. Custom Dashboard Builder Enables Tailored Analytics (Coming Soon)

The upcoming Dashboard Builder lets you create personalized dashboards by selecting specific charts from the Performance Dashboard tabs. Build role-specific views for executives, asset managers, or investors. Save multiple custom dashboards and share them across your team. Set default dashboards for specific user roles to streamline workflows. This feature will be announced in the monthly newsletter.

5. Decarbonization Planning Tools Integrate Targets, Pathways, and Measures

Set portfolio-level targets for any metric and track progress over time. Apply CRREM pathways or custom benchmarks to assess alignment and identify stranding risk. North American users can leverage ULI-based CRREM pathways with climate zone specificity. Use the Roadmap tool to plan decarbonization measures, estimate savings, and visualize impact on pathway alignment. Track measure implementation status and adjust projections as measures are completed.
