Luc van de Boom walks through why traditional sustainability due diligence is slow, fragmented, and expensive, then shows how Scaler compresses a pre-acquisition screening from weeks to minutes: adding an acquisition with limited data, AI-estimated energy profiles, the generated due diligence report with CRREM alignment and suggested measures, and how acquisitions feed into roadmap scenarios and, once acquired, into portfolio reporting. - Acquired assets convert straight into the portfolio. Once a deal closes, convert the asset so it flows into GRESB, GRI, and GHG Protocol reporting — replacing estimates with actual data as it comes in.
